Exterior

Project Description: A large exterior which required spot-sanding and priming to repair small areas of flaked and/or chipping paint on trim and body sections before a full two coats of latex paint were applied on the entire house. As you will notice in the photo showing the back of the house, the body color was changed considerably.

Interior Makeover

Project Description: A large interior which required extensively-detailed work to achieve the dramatic results visible upon completion. The all-new ceilings and walls were primed and two-coated with slightly differing colors of flat ceiling stock before two full coats of oil-based primer were applied to all trim and then completely scuff-sanded. Upon finishing three coats of latex trim paint, all walls were given two coats of eggshell-finish paint in dramatic colors. The final step was the incredibly detailed stairway which received a warm stained finish on the treads (brushed-and-ragged) before four coats of latex polyurethane were applied over two days.

Interior Repaint

Project Description: A small dining room which was completely of its fading wallpaper, patched, sanded and completely primed before two coats of semi--gloss paint were applied to the trim, cabinets and doors. The walls then received two full coats of eggshell finish in corresponding colors above-and-below the chair rail showing the beautifully detailed outcome.

Interior Makeover

Project Description: Another highly-detailed interior makeover which required the removal of an existing chair rail, stripping of old wallpaper, extensive patching and sanding as well as primer before the dramatic new paint color and wallpaper application began. The outcome was all at once spectacular, eye-catching, very different and wildly vivid, leaving the client thrilled and totally satisfied.

Exterior

Project Description: An exterior which entailed extensive trim repair and replacement around the lower bay windows, two coats of shellac-based exterior primer on the upper bay windows and around the front entry, then two coats of exterior latex paint to all trim around windows and entry. The finishing touch on the project was the painting of the scrolls on both the upper-and-lower bay windows and the detailed work on and around the finials above the front entry door.
